How do I change my watch strap?
Most Daniel Wellington watches feature interchangeable straps. You can easily swap them using the strap-changing tool included in the bottom of your watch box to match your outfit or occasion.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective plastics and tags intact.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our timepieces have a water resistance of 3 ATM, meaning they are resistant to splashes and rain. However, they should not be worn while showering, bathing, or swimming.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a limited two-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects including the movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
