Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original Daniel Wellington presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Apply the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
